Unfortunately due to unprecedented times, we are not currently offering a waiting area. Please contact your stylist upon arrival, and they will let you know when they are ready for you.

We understand it happens. To best accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. Please immediately contact your stylist if you’re having an issue so they can work to adjust their schedule and help service you properly.

We adore your minis; we love hearing about them and watching them grow. However, we ask that all littles remain at home while receiving a service. It can be busy in the salon, and we cannot ensure their safety with hot tool, chemicals & sharp objects. It is in everyone’s best interest that your little stays safe and out of harm’s way, so we are able to provide an amazing experience for you and others. We thank you so much for understanding.

No, only scheduled appointments at this time.

Each stylist offers different services based upon their comfort level and the training they have focused on. Please contact them individually for both services & pricing.

If for any reason you are not happy with a product. We happily accept return up to 7 days of first purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Must be returned after 1-2 uses.
